Our Program In Action
A medical parts manufacturer was having a problem with spindle speed increasers being out of stock from the mfg. The customer found by adding our repair services as an alternative over purchasing new saved not only money vs new but lead time as well. CTS worked with them to develop a process to manage all damaged spindle speeders and hold them at CTS to be released for repair as needed. The inventory of damaged spindle speeders along with management of customer inventory of damaged insert tooling, CTS was able to save the customer over $200,000 in new tooling expense.
