Our Program In Action

A diesel engine manufacturer needed to reduce tooling costs. CTS developed a program that allows them to repair/recondition their holders as a part of routine maintenance. They are able to repair damaged holders, rather than replacing them, and prevent future problems by reconditioning worn holders. The customer has the holders serviced twice a year and realizes savings of over $135,000 annually.

We service tool holders right here in the United States so that you don’t have to deal with the hassle of sending them overseas! Getting your tool holders repaired overseas will not only be extremely time consuming, but more expensive too. Carbide Tool Services can provide a free estimation on all your tool holder repair needs.

We can repair any brand of tool holder or quick change attachments from a variety of OEM brands.
